1. Acceptance of Terms

Introduction Welcome! By registering for and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, whether you are a "Creator" posting content or a "Follower" accessing content ("Users").

 2. Age Requirement

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use this site. 
  • Account Creation: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. To register as a Creator, as part of the process, you must supply our third-party ID authentication provider with their mandatory documentation.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login details with others. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

 3. FansFam Usage Rights

  • Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Brand Harbor Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with sales and marketing of the service and Brand Harbor Inc.'s business.

 4. Content and Monetization

  • Creators: You can set up a profile to share exclusive content, manage memberships, and offer digital goods or services.
  • Content Guidelines: All content must comply with our Community Guidelines, which prohibit:
  • Explicit sexual content.
  • Promotion of illegal activities, or violates third-party rights.
  • Hate speech, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Content Involving minors or non-consensual acts.
  • Promotion or marketing of illegal drugs, weapons, tobacco, or alcohol to minors.
  • Intellectual property infringement.
  • Moderation: Brand Harbor Inc. reserves the right to pre-screen, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.
  • Monetization:
  • Memberships: Creators may offer tiered memberships with varying benefits.
  • Digital Goods: Creators may sell exclusive content or services directly to supporters.
  • Tips / Donations: Creators may accept voluntary monetary contributions.

 5. Supporter Interaction and Responsibilities

  • Support: Supporters may support creators through membership subscriptions, one-time purchases, or donations (tips).
  • Behavior: Supporters must comply with our Community Guidelines; abusive or harassing behavior will result in account suspension or bans.

 6. Payments

  • Subscription and Fees: Supporters agree to pay the subscription fee or any other fees for content access as set by Creators. Brand Harbor retains a processing fee on all transactions which varies based on the Creator level.
  • Taxes: Creators are responsible for understanding and paying any taxes on their earnings.
  • Refunds: Generally, all sales are final. Refunds are at the discretion of the creator or as mandated by law.
  • Payouts: Payouts are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processing platform. Once a Creator earns money from their subscriptions or digital goods, they can transfer these earnings from their Stripe account to their bank account.

 7. Privacy

  • Brand Harbor's Privacy Policy governs the use of personal information. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information.

 8. User Conduct

  • Users must not:
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
  • Attempt to undermine the platform's functionality or security.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise any system used by this site.
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten any other user.

9. Intellectual Property
